Patti LaBelle is a two time Grammy Award-winning singer, a best-selling author of five successful books, a three-time Emmy nominee, the star of a hit television series, and philanthropist who devotes her time and talent to numerous charities. LaBelle has celebrated a prolific career that has spanned over 50 years, and is widely known for classic rhythm and blues renditions, pop standards and spiritual sonnets including "Lady Marmalade," "New Attitude" and "If You Asked Me To."
