What we'd most like to find at the end of a rainbowSt. Patrick's Day isn't for everyone. They might get annoyed by the obligatory 4 a.m. whooping of tanked revelers or they generally don't fancy liturgical feast days or maybe it's an overall antipathy to the color green. We get that.  But we'll take any excuse to cook up some of our favorite Gaelic-inspired dishes like homemade corned beef. The thing we're most looking forward to this morning -- and think many of the aforementioned iconoclasts can get behind -- is a giant Irish breakfast of fried eggs, double smoked bacon, sausages and toasted soda bread. Bobby Flay's bountiful Luck of the Irish Brunch (pictured above) is served family style, so it's also an opportunity to hang out with people you love. Then maybe you'll really start to feel lucky. And if you do plan on hitting back several  adult Shamrock Shakes today (we don't blame you), a good amount of food in your belly could help soak up the alcohol.
