Ice Cream Baked Potato at Cowgirl BBQ, Santa Fe, N.M.

It's a giant baked potato made entirely out of ice cream, complete with a pat of "butter" and loads of "sour cream." What’s not to love? They even dye the nuts green to make up their fake chives. This is also a great idea for the rare allergic individual who has to avoid chives but is fine with nuts.

The Federal Deficit at Governor's Restaurant & Bakery, Bangor, Maine

Not to get too political, but those guys wearing makeup on those really loud TV shows love to scream about the federal deficit.
