I was skeptical about an all-pork meatloaf. I figured it would turn out like a hockey puck that could be kicked up and down the street without harm. I do like pork, though, so I tried it and WOW. What a pleasant surprise!! It was juicy and tender and, oh, so flavorful. Spices were right-on. I couldn't find the bratwurst Aida recommended so used Italian sausage with good results. We loved this dinner. This will be made over and over in my home. Thanks Aida!!

I love you, Aida! This meatloaf is, well....INCREDIBLE!!! I was very skeptical about adding the bratwurst, but what a delicious change! I have always loved meatloaf (comfort food, but my husband detested it.....that is, until now! You even made him love it! Tender, tasty, TERRIFIC!! Thank you!!!
