Loved making this dish. My family loved eating it kids got a kick out of the biscuits on top. Once again thanks Aida for a great meal to enjoy with my family.

This could have been a 5 star stew, the biscuits were a great compliment to the stew and easy to make but the heat level was so high i could not enjoy all the other wonderful flavors in the stew. Will make again but leave out the cayanne pepper or just add a dash next time.

I loved Aida's beef stew. I did it all on my stove top, took about ~1hr of simmering and is super tender. The broth is amazing. Next time I would cut down on the cayanne a little bit, especially if you are cooking for kids. This will be my go-to beef stew recipe. It's so easy, if you cook it once you will probably have it memorized.
