    I loved this recipe and so did my husband. The sauce needed to be reduced more though. The pork tenderloin was nice and juicy and the apple cider and maple syrup combination added to the flavor of the meat.

    This was good, but nothing fantastic. The apple reduction sauce was very tasty, but the pork was a bit dry. We made apple sauce to go with it which was really helpful.
