    I only changed the proportions so that I'd have more veggies and less pasta. Wonderful. The vibrant green color was amazing, too.

    I'm always trying to get my family to eat more vegetables and this recipe was an excellent one. Since you have to chop the asparagus and mix it with the prosciutto and then process the spinach it worked great because they could not take the vegetables away from the recipe.

    I'm glad to comment that it was a hit with them,especially my 14 yrs. old son which can be a very picky eater.
