    Very good,

    I doubled the marinade as it did not seem to be enough. Marinade the chicken for about 20 hours. I had to use a lot more bread crumbs about four extra cups to coat the chicken. The chicken was very tasty and this recipe is a keeper. Serve this when you want to present something different then the same old pan fried, oven baked or grilled chicken.
