Put a sugar cube
in each of 6 Champagne glasses. Use a vegetable peeler
to remove a few pieces of orange peel. Trace around the rim of each Champagne
glass with the orange peel to give it that hint of orange. Halve the orange
and squeeze some juice into each glass. Add a squeeze of lemon juice
to each glass also.
Add 1-ounce of gin to each glass. Stir to blend
and top with sparkling wine. Serve immediately. This can be made in a pitcher as well.
