Ingredients
- 8 ounces coconut gelato
- 3 ounces spiced rum
- 1/2 teaspoon chai spices, plus more for sprinkling
Directions
In a large pitcher, combine the gelato, rum and chai spices and blend with an immersion blender until well combined. Pour into float glasses and sprinkle with chai spices.
