    Taste is fine although the meat was a bit tough. 2nd attempt I grilled the bird on the bbq at about 300 degrees for about an hour. Skin was brown and crisp and the meat was tender.

    Did not work. Broiled the chicken on high for 18", then other side for 12". Only reached an interna l temp of 124 degrees.
