    Best sweet potatoes I have ever made. I am tired of the overly sweet recipes. The chipotles give these a nice flavor. A great healthy dish.

    Really easy and delicious. I made this in a few minutes after work and took it to a holiday party and it was a hit! I added cheddar cheese on top right at the end for some extra flavor.
