    Delicious. I made these as hioors d'oeurves. I cut the hotdogs into bite-sized pieces before dipping in the batter. Then I fried them. I put them onto the rack to drainand tuck fancy toothpicks into them. I served them with some mustard & catsup dipping sauces. They were a huge hit. This batter would be outstanding on vegetables.

    Good batter with a spicy bite. Makes too much, next time I'll half the recipe. We also used the batter on onion rings and some zucchini.
