    This is the only granola recipe I use since seeing Alton make it a few years ago. I love it and have even given it as gifts. Don't try to change the recipe, make it as written. It is great and easy to make.

    This was super easy and a great way to rid my cupboards of some coconut, nuts and oats that needed to be used up. The flavor is wonderful with the maple in the background. Love it! And I am sure you will too.
