    This is my family's favorite meat recipe. The only thing you may consider altering is using only 1/2 c. of stuffed green olives. Maybe I'm using the wrong kind, but using an entire cup is really salty. Other than that, don't fear the strange ingredient combo - it's delicious!

    "Oh Alton, you out did yourself! This is soooo goood, just the unusual ingredients I was looking for to make the best roast beef we have ever tasted. This recipe will be part of our families favorites. Thank You Alton
