These are really tasty. I'll definitely be making them again. I used a mix of dried and fresh mushrooms. The only problem I had with this recipe was that I had more stuffing than I could fit in the tomatoes, but I just put it around the tomatoes in the pan, and it got nice and crispy under the broiler.
