    This was an easy new addition to our family's Thanksgiving! Moist AND flavorful, even better the next day (well, the two pieces that survived supper! - This dish is going into the favorites cookbook!

    I have made this recipe several times and it is always a hit. I add some jalepeno to add a little extra zip. It's great as a side for BBQ. It's fun to bring the iron skillet right to the table when serving company - even if the main dish is more dressy. Another AB favorite!
