    Tried it the first time and turned out really well. Had to cook in a pressure cooker though.

    This is one of my favorite ways to eat squash. It's so flavorful. I followed the recipe exactly the first time I made it. Since then, I have left out the garbanzos and like the texture better. The flavor is wonderful, and it's fairly easy to make.
