Made this for dinner and everyone including my husband who doesn't like fish ate it. The kids ate everything on their plates and asked for more. Tasted incredible! I used red onion for the small onion, cod for the sea bream and I used some spicy curry powder and crushed fenugreek seeds for the panch phoran. Amazing fish! I will definitely make this again! Next time I will plan ahead and get sea breem to see the difference. Cannot say enough positive things about this recipe! Served it with steamed basmati rice, asparagus, samosas, chutney and fresh fruit.
