    really good and easy to make but a bit too salty. i used white lily self-rising flour and was of the impression that when using self-rising flour you did not need baking powder, soda and salt. i added anyway according to the recipe. the recipe from art smith on oprah's site does not call for soda and salt. i will make again but cut back on salt.
