OMG this frittata is delicious! Very easy to make, I like to have it for dinner and take leftovers to work for lunch. I make half the recipe in a smaller pan. It is so satisfying that I don't even miss having bread with my eggs!

Best frittata ever!! My 10 year old is so picky and after giving me a courtesy byte she wanted more. Wonderful recipe I highly recommend it. Make sure you use non stick or you'll have a hard time getting it off the pan : like I did but my entire family loved it.

As I usually do, I tweaked it a little - instead of green onions I added a red/purple one, I added sliced mushrooms and used olive oil to saute (like she said in the show and I forgot to buy the romano so used parmesan instead = WONDERFUL! Great recipe!

My wife actually switched out the asparagus for fresh spinach which tasted even more delicious, we are definitely trying this one again!
