Ingredients

  • 4 (8 ounce) skin-on chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Rub dressing and rosemary all over chicken. Let sit 1 hour or overnight. Heat a grill and grill the chicken until just done. Top with avocado, then cheese, and close cover of grill to melt.
