Ingredients

  • 2 cups high-quality mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped cooked bacon, plus 1/4 cup bacon drippings and fat 
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic 
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika 
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or 2 tablespoons lemon juice 

Directions

Place the mayonnaise, bacon, drippings, salt, sugar, garlic, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, black pepper and lemon juice in a blender with 2 tablespoons of water and blend until smooth.
