A good, basic recipe -- perfect for serving a crowd, or for those times when there is no gravy. I like serving it with my Italian Spiced meatloaf, as well as Oven Fried Chicken in Garlic Butter, Short Ribs, or Beef Braciole. I often stir in a heaping teaspoonfull of chopped garlic before baking.
