  1. Pour the 2 tablespoons of orange juice into a small dish or saucer. Place the paprika in another small dish or saucer. Dip the rims of six champagne glasses in the orange juice and then in the paprika.
  2. Combine the remaining 3/4 cup orange juice, ginger ale, lemon juice and zest and cardamom in a martini shaker or small pitcher filled with ice. Stir or shake to mix. Fill each champagne glass two-thirds full with champagne. Top off each glass with 2 to 3 tablespoon of the orange juice mixture. Garnish each drink with a couple of the frozen raspberries and serve.
