This has become one of my favorite Indian meals. Being married to an Indian for 27 years, this Southern girl has learned to love eating and cooking Indian food. This recipe is easy and super delicious!

I loved watching Bal Arneson prepare this dish, and have now made it several times. I find that I cannot eat it as hot as the recipe would be if I followed it entirely. I leave the chiles out and love the recipe. I serve it with basmati rice. Indian food uses a lot of spices, but fortunately I live in an area where they are easy to obtain. Also, it takes a while to get used to measuring all the spices. I get faster, the more I do it.
