Place the juice, vodka, sugar and Chai Masala into a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Shake until ice cold, and then strain into a martini glass.
Thread chunks of mango on a toothpick or cocktail stick and use to garnish the drink.
Grind the fennel seeds, green cardamom pods, cloves, ginger, brown cardamom pods and cinnamon stick in an electric spice grinder. Store in an airtight jar.
