Directions

Place the cucumber and tomatoes in a sieve for about 15 minutes to drain off any excess liquid.

Put the buttermilk and yogurt into a bowl and stir well to combine. Stir in the drained cucumbers and tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
