    Really yummy!! Just because I'm me, I increased the spice amounts by half. Next time, to avoid ending up with coriander seed husks even after much blenderizing, I will use ground coriander instead. Unbelievable it could be so good without any salt!

    Very unique from any other butternut squash soup I've made before. Darker from the vegetable broth, but what great flavor and texture from the spices. Quickly comes together once you get your squash cut. Didn't use the asparagus, wonderful by itself. As my husband said: It's a keeper - YUM.
