    I had a pint of cherry tomatoes that were about to go bad so I decided to try this recipe to use them up. I'm glad I did, the chutney is delicious. I used only 1/4 cup of sugar to make it less sweet and I didn't have the cardamom pods so used 1/2 tsp powdered cardamom. Quick and easy and it turned out very good - will make this again.

    This was very good and easy to make. I did put in less sugar and it was still a little too sweet for me. I would start with 1-2 Tbsp of sugar and add more if needed. This would be good with some chopped mango added at the end. You can use this in a variety of ways - its good with chicken and I even put some in soups that are very savory to lighten them up and its good.
