    I only gave two stars because the cardamom seed really made them bitter. When I made it again I left them out and they were outstanding! Definitely not bland. It is a bit time consuming but if you have the time well worth it.

    Delicious koftas! I changed the recipe a bit, partially by accident. I didn't have pomegranate seeds. I accidentally used coriander seeds instead of cardamom seeds. Also added about a teaspoon of minced ginger and a teaspoon of crushed red pepper. Turned out delicious!
