Add the onions, tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, cola, ginger juice, cilantro, coffee, butter, hot pepper sauce, celery, garlic, chili powder, fish sauce, mustard, salt and 1/4 cup of the vinegar to a large pot. Let simmer until thick, about 20 minutes. Finish with the remaining 1/4 cup vinegar.
