Tried this dish last night and it was great. The heat is a smooth slow heat that builds in the back of your throat instead of an overwhelming burn. The only thing I would do differently is that I would cut the chicken more into strips and smaller. I think that would make it easier to eat. Because of the cream it wouldn't be something I will be making all the time, but for every now and then it would be a great meal to have.
