    This was by far the Best marinade I have ever tasted. I consider myself a food snob and this recipe is in my top favorites of all times. I will warn you about the cooking on the grill, this is my first and only time cooking short ribs and we actually burned the first half of them, I believe the reason for this is the oil from marinade that it bast in and then putting it on the grill made a huge fire with the first Batch as we followed his directions exactly first time. I believe if you plane on cooking on the grill you have to stand and watch and move them around just in case of the same thing happening to you. next batch was still charcoaled because of the flame but we watched continually. next time around i will slow bake them in oven first and only grill for few minutes each side for flavor. yummy recipe!
