  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry cherry wine
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry red wine 
  • 4 ounces soy sauce 
  • 3 ounces bottled cherry vinaigrette 
  • 2.5 ounces Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary 
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme 
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped


Stir together the cherry wine, red wine, 2 cups water, soy sauce, cherry vinaigrette, Worcestershire, rosemary, thyme and garlic in a large bowl. The marinade is now ready to be used with your favorite cut of beef.

Cook's Note

If you can't find cherry wine, substitute with another bottle of red wine. If you can't find cherry vinaigrette, use red wine vinaigrette.
