Beef Ribs

ingredients

  • 1 rack beef ribs (about 1 pound)
  • Coarse salt and coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

Sprinkle the ribs with a blend of salt and pepper. Place the ribs on the lower rack of a fire pit (nearest to the fire) or on a preheated grill, 300 to 350 degrees F. Cook until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 190 to 200 degrees F, 4 to 6 hours, rotating the meat three times throughout cooking.
