Everyone loved it. I cooked it in the oven on very low temp (~300 instead of stove top and it worked out great. Much good flavor. Very easy. Will make again.

This was super easy and delicious with layers of flavor! My house smelled wonderful while it was cooking! The horseradish really did just add a scent to the stew without being overpowering. Wonderful hearty dish to serve on a cold night!
