    This was my first try at brisket. I held true to the recipe except for the dark beer ( used what was on hand). The brisket had a great flavor and was so tender. I was not able to slice the brisket,it just fell apart and, that was fine by me. Wife loved, success.

    Do I need to keep cooking the brisket at 350 degrees the whole time? The temperature never changes?
