    Every time I cook this I am asked, "where did you learn to do that." Get your PB from the 'butcher' and you are in for a treat with this recipe. The caramel vinegar, take your time with it.... it is amazing. I tried PB recently off a flash restaurant menu, so disappointed and sent it back. Thank you William for setting the bar so high.
