My family loved this meal! I was concerned that it would be too peppery but it was perfect. The beef was very tender and the sauce flavorful. I followed the recipe for the beef but made regular mashed potatoes to go with it. It was excellent reheated the next day though there wasn't much left.

Oh so good. Very tender and rich. Great for a cold windy evening. Substituted Brie for Taleggio I the potatoes because I had it in the frig. Thanks, Rachael for a great dinner.
