Blue Cheese Wedge Salad

ingredients

  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 8 wedges
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled, optional
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

Blend the blue cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, sour cream, lemon juice and some salt and pepper in a blender.

Arrange the lettuce wedges on a shallow platter and layer with the bacon (if using), tomatoes and onions. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
