Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup non-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 medium apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Combine the milk, oats, yogurt, apple, cinnamon and 3 ice cubes in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
