Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced 
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped 
  • 1/2 jalapeno, finely chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro 
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt 

Directions

Place the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro and salt in a food processor and pulse to combine.
