added more veggies, (mushrooms and onions. and the sweet potatoes are fabulous, just had to put them in a little longer than suggested. I added a little cayenne to spice it up and it's delish.definitly my new favorite breakfast!

Good but not a repeat. My sweet potatoes did not brown like the other reviewer.

UMMM-MMMM! Let me be the first to let you know that this is a winner. I made a couple of changes ie., tomato instead of red pepper, (none in fridge. I made the mistake of using a rubber type sheet pan so my swt. potato didn't brown the way I would have liked, however they were delicious. I put some on the bottom and some on the top of the egg. My glass was a tall slender type. Hey, that's what makes it fun.... Just keep cooking. I've lost 8 lbs. in 4 wks. I must say I love your mama an have watched and supported ya'll for many yrs. I have been cancer free for 1 yr. and have gained too much weight sitting around and eating whatever I wanted. I'm on the Bobby Dean, not my Mama's Recipes bandwagon and a fan. Love your studio too. Also, I'm a musician, and a southern gal,but more your mama's age though, too bad. : Keep up the great fun Bobby. I'll be watchin' and eating your recipes. Take care and Big Hugs from my kitchen to yours! ; "Way to go Sonny-Boy"!! Good job Bob!!
