Your recipe's are very good, healthy and easy to fix. What would be more helpful is to have nutritional information w/each meal. I am looking for meals for the type 1 diabetic, she is required to have 45g carbs and 21g protein per lunch/dinner meals.

Huge hit! This is a fantastic meal. Very flavorful. Instead of butter on top of the potatoe, I added tbsp. olive oil mayo to the mixture to moisten it. Everything else I followed to the letter. My son who is 13 said we should always have pork chops like this. A definite keeper.
