  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 fluid ounces seltzer water
    • Cook's Note: For the best results, make sure the milk and seltzer are well chilled.

      Place the chocolate syrup, milk and vanilla extract in a tall glass and stir well with a spoon to combine. Continue to stir furiously while adding the seltzer water to prevent foam; serve immediately.
