  • 1 fennel bulb, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch watercress, tough stems removed

    I was exited when I read this recipe; it has all the ingredients that I love but the end result wwas disapointing. The dressing needed something to make this combination pop. I will substiting the water crest with arugula and the taragon with mint.
