I made this tonight for my husband, son and myself... my son and I loved this! My husband prefers yogurt in his parfaits. The orange zest really lightens the cheese and the sweetness with the sugar isn't overpowering. We used blueberries, blackberries and red raspberries. Thank you for the recipe!
