Directions

Line a broiler pan rack with foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray. Preheat the broiler.

To make the glaze, whisk together the brown sugar, ginger, mustard and soy sauce in a small bowl. Place the salmon on the broiler pan rack and spoon the glaze over the top. Broil, 6 inches from the heat, until the salmon is lightly browned and just opaque in the center, 4 to 5 minutes. Do not turn.

The salmon melted in our mouths!! I made two pieces of salmon tonight, one in a rub and one in the brown sugar glaze. the glaze was the winner!!! My husband was shocked I made something as great as this. Seriously!

Great flavor, easy and fast to make. Almost always have frozen salmon onhand. No fresh ginger but used 1/4tsp ground ginger with good results. This one is a keeper. Thanks Bobby.
