Oh My Goodness! These were Amazing! Definitely would have worked better on my griddle though... I got a little messy in the pan. I also had to improvise a little, I only had self rising whole wheat flour so I only used about 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder. I only had 2% milk, and used a little extra ground cinnamon instead of cinnamon morsels. This pancake recipe is going to replace my my red velvet one... for a healthier 2013 that doesn't taste like cardboard! YUMMY :

just watched the show the other night ...i knew i had to make them...to my surprise they looked so fluffy and yummy even though it called for wheat flour...thankfully i had most of the ingredients so i didnt need to make a trip to the store... this was a good thing...i was still in my jammies and very hungry...i only have 2% milk and no cinnamon morsels... but i made it anyway and ate them almost as fast as they flipped off the griddle...i did try 1 with a banana and as my niece would say ..."theres a party in my tummy" i have never sent in a review or comment on anything but this was so good i had to tell someone or everyone that they were so good you have to try it...really...stop reading this and try it...im serious...go on just make them youll see..
